Absolutely great service and amazing experience all round. Maisie, thank you for your care in cutting my nieces hair to perfection and mentoring her on how to care and style it. How do I thank you? My niece floated home looking at her reflection at every opportunity in absolute awe of how the cut and styling looked and made her feel. A priceless experience for a young girl to leave feeling this way. Hand on my heart thank you to you and all the team at Zucci. We have the next generation coming through :)
Zucci ….Omg just amazing friendly & professional. Craig is a wealth of knowledge and listened to my concerns with my hair. I went in with some ideas and let Craig do the rest. Amazinnnggg just love love love. And the head massage…. just fabulous
First time booking a blow wave. The hair wash, massages and friendly attitude were much appreciated. Unfortunately the junior staff wasn’t experienced in styling men’s hair. I just have the basic tiktok curtain middle part btw, easily achievable by lifting up the fringe and focusing the dryer on the root of the part. She ended up doing too much with the round brush on the sides, resulting in a rather poofy look. Otherwise this place is great if you’ve got feminine hairstyles! Craig is simply the best! He listens carefully to what you want in terms of cut and style and delivers to perfection every time! I’ve also learnt how to style my hair at home much more successfully, as he’s patiently taught me a few times. Also a great listener in general and just a top human!! Best hairdresser I’ve ever had ☺️
I couldn’t add a second review but if I could I would! These apprentices at this salon are 10/10. I recently had an appointment with Jaylah and she gave me a beautiful blow wave. She was so knowledgeable for such a young apprentice! The whole experience was so calming after receiving a complimentary massage. I got to receive a chair massage when I sat at the basin, which was a calming and relaxing experience.
