Rosemary is a highly skilled and an exceptional hairdresser for curly hair. She is simply the best cutter I have ever had. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and do not trust anyone else to cut my crazy, non-uniform curls. Especially now that I am older and my hair keeps changing. She is patient and takes her time to cut it piece by piece. I hope she never retires :)
