Zucci South Melbourne has a great atmosphere and all the staff are very welcoming. Ray Ray is an excellent, attentive stylist who is always able to execute on what I want and provide very helpful styling suggestions. There are cheaper places out there but Zucci is well worth it for the level of service provided. Also highly rate the complimentary green tea 🍵
I love when my hair appointment time comes around because the team always make sure I have a great experience. Shakira is an amazing colourist! I am also always happy to book with other team members due to my restricted availability and I always leave the salon happy. The product aromas are slay, the vibes are immaculate. Highly recommend.
I was initially thrilled with my haircut—it looked fantastic in the salon, expertly styled and full of life. However, within a week, things took a turn for the worse. The shape didn’t hold, the layers seemed uneven, and styling it at home has been a struggle. I’d advise others to ensure their stylist explains how the cut will hold over time, especially for different hair types. Overall, I’m disappointed, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for a more reliable style in the future.

I can not recommend Matt at Zucci South Melbourne more!!! Moving from the UK, I had a bad experience at the initial hair dressers I went to and came to Matt in crisis. My normal golden hair tone was turning green!! From the get go Matt made me feel completely at ease, he took a sample of my hair to test different reactions. His passion for hair and care for his customers is amazing. He has restored life and colour to my hair. The whole team and experience at Zucci is lovely! Thank you!
