Moved here from Charleston, where I frequented a wonderful, professional Med Spa. Made an appt at Back to 30 for Botox. Went back to exam room and was asked did I want service today? Um what? Yes, of course I did. Then was told there was no Botox in stock...if I could wait an hour, the courier should be delivering it. I went here two weeks ago for PREVENTATIVE Botox. I AM 31. It was my second time getting it, but first time to Back to 30. I told the nurse where I wanted the majority to go (between my eyes). It being my second time receiving Botox, I feel like they should’ve explained pricing a little better. Especially, because I was mainly there for preventative measures. The visit ended up being $358.
