I had a basic manicure and pedicure. I was only in the chair 15-20 minutes for both services. I had to ask for a 2nd coat on my toe nail color, I thought that was pretty much standard. My manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I can guarantee the rude unhelpful mangers are not worth the services they provide.
•I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! •My sister and I had scheduled appointments today with Gloss. Let me just start off by saying; for a high end, over priced nail salon, it was a horrible experience. Our appointments scheduled were for a pedicure and dip manicures. We get there right at the time of our appointment. Honestly, the way they price this place you would think there would be “more”. I spent $120 for a basic pedicure (French tip) and powder pink full set. I asked for a cow design and the price was gonna be $160….. the pedicure was ok and everything I asked for they couldn’t do….. I was expecting so much more from this place. I waited 4 months (postpartum mom) for my pedi and mani and honestly wish I just went to my regular place up the road instead of driving 30 minutes for this place.
