Chastity was a wonderful tour guide 😊 Everyone was so welcoming and the place was very clean, spacious and professional. The only negative is the location. Not easy to get in and out of. I will definitely plan to come back though 👍

I had hurt my back on Saturday and decided to give this a try on Sunday. My back was still fairly sore and sensitive before I went in and then after my 1st time experience it felt amazing yeah amazing. The endorphin kick is addictive addictive and I still feel good as of Monday morning right now
Stopped in for a cryotherapy session & was super nervous. The staff was incredible! So friendly and informative. I will definitely be back. Such a cool service they offer!!
Today was my first visit and had a great day experience. I had weight loss surgery 6 months ago and needing a boost in Vitamin B and Biotin. Staff was very kind and location was clean and bright! Thank you for offering these services!
Excellent service and great customer service!
This place really does it all. Cryo-therapy to help with my inflammation. The compression therapy to help get the toxins out of my muscles. Then the infrared sauna to help heal my muscles. Wonderful place
