After a long week this is just the place to be rejuvenated. The staff is helpful and made me feel very comfortable my first time. I highly recommend as part of a #selfcare routine!
First time ever doing this, and the staff was phenomenal! Went with my girlfriends since we’re having a girls weekend, and did cryo, compression and the sauna, it’s a must!

I started iCRYO about 6 weeks ago and fell in love immediately. I had been wanting to try cryo therapy for a long time because of the many health benefits. Since starting I have noticed improved mood, less inflammation and pain, my Achilles tendons are getting better (I can actually flex my foot now), friends are telling me my skin looks amazing and I am glowing... Total game changer! I’m able to push harder in my workouts & im not nearly as sore as i used to be after a workout. Im sleeping & feeling so much better. I love the wide variety of services & the convenience of just being able to walk in whenever. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! The best experience! Aches, pains, soreness, exhaustion...etc.,etc. they have something for all of those and more! Amazing, friendly, fun and welcoming staff...I can’t say enough good things about this place!! You should definitely go and check-it-out and take a tour of the facility....so worth it!
