I went yesterday and I'll probably be back before the week is done. I felt amazing in my workout afterward. The attendant was friendly and informative.
After hearing about this and seeing the pro-athletes use this I became curious over the hype so I decided to give it a try I went in after a killer leg session was SORE but after the treatment most of the soreness subsided great place I highly recommend!
The staff is super nice and treatment is quick and easy. I drop in without an appointment and they get me out the door in no time. Helps me a lot with muscle soreness and recovery!
I was a skeptic at first.. Now I just can't stay out of here! You are greeted at the door by the most wonderful people. Who treat you just like family. I must say this for me as an athlete was the best choice ever. The results have shown I keep feeling better and better each day. Thanks to ICRYO I can now push my training to the max without having to worry about recovery. ICRYO takes care of my body.. I can't wait for my next session..
I absolutely love this facility! Kyle and his team have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I do everything there and it makes me feel fantastic.
I was interested in the (full body freeze) I-Cryo but wasn't sure if I could take it. I don't like confined spaces (claustrophobic) and thought to myself OMG what if I can't even complete the full 3 minutes. Well I'm here to tell you it's NOTHING like I thought it would be. And it's EVERYTHING your body needs. If you haven't tried this you need to! I TRUELY need this in my weekly fitness schedule and I would recommend going after your daily workout!
