RecommendedAwesome place, very clean establishment. Staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely be going back.
I play tennis 4 days a week sometimes 5. I struggle with nagging inflammation in all the obvious places. ICryo helps me tremendously, I recover more quickly and am in far less pain. And they don't just do Cryo. I bet this will be rated one of if not the top Franchise in 2022. Great knowledgeable staff. So friendly and this is such a beautiful and very clean facility. I went in to inquire about services to help with my chronic back pain from 3 surgeries. The staff really listens and made me a customized package and I started today. I’m excited to start seeing results. Highly recommend! 🤩

ICRYO is a beautiful health and wellness center! Staff are really accommodating and want to get you feeling better with all the amazing services they offer! The equipment they use is top of the line, innovative, and well researched! You have to give this place a try. You will leave feeling pampered and great because you will have decreased pain, increased energy, and sleep like a baby at night! You will not regret your visit! In fact, you will come back for more, because the services are extremely affordable.
The customer service here is phenomenal! They were a few minutes late having a sauna ready for me today so comp'd both the session as well as a complimentary compression therapy session. My Nurse Practitioner recommended I get IR (infrared) Sauna treatments and I'm so glad we have an iCRYO in New Braunfels. It's convenient, clean with great staff and so many options to help improve our wellness. Go check them out!
