I made an appointment 1 week ago Friday. To my disappointment the time slot had been double booked. I did not get the service as this situation created a conflict. Since I had pre-paid I requested a credit which I was told I’ll have max in 3 business days. We are now 5 business days later and no return of $ or even an email with an update. These crooks can keep the money running their shady business.

I was on vacation in New-York and I had heard so much about the American barbershop that I thought let's go! Before talking about the final result I must first clarify that there are differences between France and the United States. In your barbershop, no shampoo, no hair gel ... it's basic cut and mowing beard. Maybe it's a service that wonders but it's not specified.
