RecommendedA little expensive and a little further away wish there was more of them closer to where I live I was kind of a challenge to drive. Little more on response back from the person at the beginning changed counselors a couple times throughout the session which was a little hard it was nice to stay with one. Did my goal weight by 1 pound. I could’ve stayed on a longer but like I said it was a little bit more money than I wanted to pay but yes it was worth it now to stay with it is the tough part
I have been trying for years, and I mean YEARS, with the support of my doctor to lose weight. Nothing worked. It even got to the point that I was on medication so I would stop GAINING. I'm pleased with my choice to go with options. I started in September 2020. After I realized I wanted some help. I loved the atmosphere and staff. After speaking with an enrollment specialist. I signed up. I continue to loss the weight. Everyone had been so positive and encouraging 💕. I highly recommend speaking to staff. I love their protein bar snacks too.

Great person Mehgan who answered the phone, so personable and informative, she then booked me with a free consultation. The staff is amazing! The name really says it all, you have several "OPTIONS"! not one time was I pushed into one plan but pushed to better me and achieve my goal of being healthier with a better live style.
Plans are great because the options are designed to work with you to attain your goals. The programs are not overly complex. Well I was ready to start a diet and went to options. The HCG program was what I did. I will never say it was easy for me no diet is but 20 pounds down and I was very pleased with the support and the results. Now starting options phase 1 will check beck in. First day and so far so good.
