Don't waste your time or money. Weight Watchers is a cheaper and has a better proven record. I lost a total of 8 pounds. Very disappointed. I was told I could lose up to 20 pounds. I did the 23 day HGC Shot and Lipo shots. Lipo shots are a waste. I did lose 5 pounds of fat. 500 calories a day is ok but I was hungry most of the time. Most of the vegetables that you can have are water based and not much substance. Over $600 wasted. I could have made an extra car payment. Lesson learned.
