Everything was perfect except the person took our reservation over the phone didn’t mark us down for couples massage although on the phone she said so and even described that we would be in the same room. Clearly it wasn’t a language error but either mislead the sales even though they don’t have room or gave our room away afterward. Who knows. 🤷🏻♀️The place was very crowded the evening of our reservation so the on-site manager was not able to do much for us as there is no couple room left. Beautiful setup with multiple hot pools and different saunas and steam baths. Really love the ‘new’ extension.

Beautiful scenery and the layouts of all the hot/cold baths and saunas are goood located! I will definitely return! The bistro Drakkar was also good !
