Aucun spa à l'extérieur, très peu de variété au niveau de l'expérience thermal et très serré. Pour ma part, j'ai apprécier mon massage suédois mais la massothérapeutre de mon copain la seulement flatté tout le long de son massage. (Il lui a mentionné et elle lui a dit de prendre un homme la prochaine fois.) On la mentionné à la réception mais rien n'a été prit en charge.
Bad massage, lights were full strength the whole time. Extremely small. Showers don’t drain, you have to stand in others shower water. Also DO NOT use the face wash, it’s like putting Vaseline on your face and impossible to get off! Go to the Tremblant location, 1000% better.

Do not recommend. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They don't care about customers. To relax, to should book another place
Sadly they closed the baths without warning or notifying me prior to my reservation. Claimed they called me when I did not receive any message, and nowhere did it say this when they sent me my online check in or upon arrival at the spa. Nope! Changed into bathing suit, took required shower to end up with nothing but disappointment. I will certainly not go back, and do not recommend
I booked 2 appointments for my husband and i on the 27 th of June at 12h but because of construction on our way we were running late I called at 11 we were still on the road and we were going from West Island to downtown's location to announce we are going to be late and the lady on the phone said too bad we will take off the time you are late from the time left for your massages or if you want to cancel it will cost you 70$ so we rushed to get there but still we arrived on the location at 12:35 almost they did not want to ... read more

Good morning Sonia, We are sorry to read that the staff member who was present at your check-in or on the phone did not explain more precisely the details of our cancellation fees. Indeed, our massage therapists, who are on contract, have scheduled shifts based on booked massages. The cancellation fees are entirely paid back to them to compensate for the missed work time when a guest cancels a massage. Réservation d’un massage qui a été annulé, cela peut arriver mais ce que je trouve anormal c’est de n’avoir été prévenu qu’à notre arrivée. L’espace bains est petit, on en fait très vite le tour (1 bain chaud, 1 bain froid, 1 douche froide, 1 sauna sec, 1 hammam et 1 espace détente). Le bain chaud est trop chaud (39 degrés) et les quelques jets qui s’y trouvent vous effleurent la peau. Le silence est d’or mais visiblement certains clients n’ont pas dû bien comprendre le principe. I woke up extremely sick and wanted to reschedule an appointment taken the day before. The manager seemed uninterested in what I had to say and lacked empathy while telling me that I had to pay 120$ to reschedule. The funny thing is, the amount of the fee is not mentioned anywhere and the manager seemed to be fine with me showing up even though I was contagious. Hi Yassir, We are sorry that you experience did not go well at all. As you may be aware, all hospitality businesses (hotels, spas, etc.) have cancellation fees and policies. In our case, we want to ensure that all our massage therapists are paid for the massages they were booked for within 24 hours. The fees are 60 $ for a massage, which is less then 50 % of the price. Bel emplacement, bain géniale. Accueil et Massage professionnel correct. Douche pas d’eau chaude, pour me faire dire que tout l’édifice utilise l’eau chaude☹️. Il y avait un rabais au moment que j’y suis allée , du lundi au jeudi de jour, mais à l’accueil, on ne le mentionne pas. Il a fallu, que j’avise la préposée, qui a dû nous rembourser la différence! Au moins faire la pub à l’accueil! Je trouve ça cher si je compare à d’autres spa urbain! Contente de l’avoir essayer sans plus.

Massages/access to the SPA are way too expensive for the value. You can have a much better experience for the same price (or lower) at an outdoor SPA.
