I have been here many times and loved each time! This week was our first time in winter. I found the spa very busy and could be crowded at times as there are less places to sit in winter as certain sections are closed or have snow on them. But the staff are always friendly and I like that I can get a new robe or towels at anytime. I was disappointed to see a price hike from the regular $55 to $65 with out notice online or Facebook. This Scandinavian spa is one of the best hydrotherapy spas I've ever been to in the world. Multiple eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, solariums indoor and outdoor, fire places, hot pools, cold pools, cold showers and waterfalls, massage rooms, herbal teas... just pure bliss surrounded by wild nature in the middle of the snowy mountain. No cell phones. No kids. No talking allowed. It was refreshing to be in silence without any distractions.
