I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in in the hour, so in the meantime they pampered me with a steam room and a mediation room that was all very relaxing.
My experiences at Sego Lily in Bountiful have always been awesome. When the front door closes behind me, so does the world. I escape into a luxurious, relaxing space. I indulge in a massage, followed by a long steam shower. The massage therapists are great. They follow "pressure" direction well. The facility is consistently immaculate and beautiful.
