Excellent Service I had been getting their gift cards for years from my bosses and never used them. I decided to treat myself in March by getting highlights to beat the doldrum of a bleak Chicagoland winter. My experience was excellent during the entire process. Each technician listened to what I wanted and was very helpful. My hair stylist even noticed a collock I had in my bangs and showed me how to blow dry...
Excellent Service Everytime! I have been visiting this salon for the past 8 years for everything from eyebrow wax, hair cut and nails and have had an awesome experience every single time!
Always a great experience! This is a great place to get all the services you desire and pamper yourself completely. Payton is fantastic for hair. Best stylest I have found. Carry is the best massage therapist and I will not go anywhere else for a massage. She really made my last pregnancy more enjoyable with our weekly massages. The nail techs are great too. Highly recommend these employees for anyone looking.

I had some gift certificates given to me by a friend, so could only use while in chicago. It was a fun place to go for a day spa definately...

Haircut Scheduled a haircut for 6:30 P.M. Hair was washed by a tech at my appointment time but was not seen by the stylist until 6:50 (who came out of the backroom). No one provided any status updates. Very frustrating - lack of customer service. Overall, haircut was okay. Will go back but try a different stylist.
