This spa is amazing. I bought the dual spa package on Groupon for a 50 min deep tissue massage and for a 50 min facial for me and my best friend as her birthday gift. While on the way they called and let me know that their esthetician called in sick and that we could come back another day for our facials. I was upset but my best friend spoke with them and they were able to work with the manicurist on call and instead of the facials we received the manicures of our choice.
