L’endroit était très propre et le personnel replaçait les couvertures chaudes régulièrement pour que l’endroit soit clean. Par contre, j’ai eu un problème avec le site de facturation. J’ai dû appeler 2fois cette semaine et le problème n’est toujours pas réglé sur ma carte de crédit. 115$ +taxes par personne c’est vraiment dispendieux pour l’endroit! Beautiful spa, beautiful location, lovely staff. TERRIBLE massage, a complete waste of money. I asked the massage therapist 4 times to give more pressure / focus on specific areas, and every time she told me she had been working there for 20+ years and that I didn't know what I needed. Basically I spent $180+ to get pet for an hour, a complete waste of money.

Overpriced for nothing! A complete tourist trap! Outdoor space was unkempt and needs renovation. Being told to be quiet while looking at a busy road with cars going through, not relaxing at all! The space was not designed properly and used to its potential. Felandais in Laval is very well kept, more modern, more variety of relaxation stations, the space was maximized to its potential and much cheaper. I would never go back for that price!!!!

Went there with a few girlfriends for a nice time to relax and enjoy our weekend away from the kids. Instead we got treated like children. We understood that there was no talking, but we were 5 women, who very calmly were exchanging comments about our stay and or where we wanted to go next on the grounds. Les installations et les lieux se méritent un 5 étoiles. Nous avons reçu un massage simultané, le mien était très bien celui de la personne qui m'accompagnait s'apparentait plus à de l'ostéothérapie et elle a même songé à interrompre le massage en cours de route, mais s'est retenue étant donné que j'appréciais le mien. De plus, son thérapeute dégageait des odeurs de transpirations, peu relaxant. 3\10 pour le sien selon ses dires. Irritée cette personne voulue quittée les lieux.
