N’importe quoi !!!!! J’ai réservé via téléphone pour un duo massage a 15h30! J’arrive sur place de Montréal 2h de route pour me faire tourner de bord qu’ il a eu un mal entendu et que le massage etait pour 14h30 et que vue que je n’etait pas présente il a des frais de 100$ d’annulation!!!! Wow service de m****e. Plus jamais!

First of all not one employee smiled the whole time, if u don’t like ur job quit. It’s crazy to not allow no talking at all. I don’t like being told like a child To make sure I drop my robe and towel in the right spot ,at that price I should just leave it where I want. The way the place is set up makes no sense even the map to the place isn’t even close to scale and the guy who gives u ur towel even says so. We finally decided to do something for ourselves without kids. Date night of sorts. Came to the spa to get some R&R. The spa is nice but was surprised to find out that you need to book a massage in advance but that's OK. I didn't particularly like the scenario that in order to get to a steam room and the sauna you would need to walk outside and while that would be fine when it's I don't know even 0C outside it really doesn't help when it's -30C.
