The worst experience of all! Unfortunately, I went to Van Micheals at 39 West Paces Ferry Road Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30305, to get a spiral perm with KHIA MCLENDON and I ended up paying a total of $404.92 to experience a dungeon like environment with a production line mentallity from it's so called hair artisians. I went in the other day to get my color done and I left looking like a freak! Quinn said my hair looked great as she began to socialize with other stylists. I had no time to say I hated it!!! I hated her and my hair...so i went to someone else and they fixed my hair. This is the funny part, the lady who fixed my hair had just fixed another one of Quinn's mistakes!!!!! Small world? Amy

Shannon Loveless is amazing with cuts. She is the only reason I come to van michael. its surley not for the phone and greeting staff (how hard can it be to book an apointment?) I wish I could get her to come to my house and cut my hair. Then I wouldn't have to deal with the stupid people on the phone, front door, or checkout. very bad service staff!

This salon is way over priced for the ?lack? of customer service you receive. They act like is a huge problem if you are 5 minutes late (was even turned away one time) but on the other hand they make you wait 30 minutes if they are running late?.and they are always running late! Don?t think you can book an appointment and get in and out. Plan your whole day around this hair cut or color. ...

Basically this salon is like the McDonalds of all salons. The quality of customer service is absolutely terrible. They are relying on the good name created in the salons former years and not too concerned with actually delivering a quality experience. The salon in Buckhead is so loud, noisy, and uncomfortable. They try and crank as many customers through the place that I often have to wait ...
