Nilan listened to everything that I told her about how I wanted my hair to look. She gave me suggestions throughout the haircut on how to make my hair look salon pretty at home. She explained in detail throughout the cut exactly what she was doing and made sure that that was what I wanted. The finishing look was perfect to my request. She has probably cut my hair 10 times in 2 years. I have complete trust to sit down and let her go at it. She knows me well enough to go for a style that is a little cooler than I might opt for with great result. The managers and front desk staff round out a very professional experience.
