I saw Amber for color and love her! Also love Lucy for cut!
Everything went really well. I felt really safe, as everyone was wearing a mask, and I saw the stylists sanitizing constantly. Carl did a really good job. I have A LOT of hair, and he really took his time to style and cut. Can’t wait for my next cut!

This whole process of taking my temperature, having someone at the door that tries to intimidate me and making me sign a waiver even after I told her I already had COVID is really too much. This is all about Van Michael's caring only about Van Michael's, not their customers!
Understand you’re trying to make people feel comfortable but the barriers between stations are a joke! They hinder the employee and are simply laughable posing as some type barrier to any virus. Sorry you wasted your money.
