Van Michael is the most well known in salon in Atlanta. They have the business model down pat which you feel in the salon (i.e. it just feels corporate). Van Michael has a unique system where you choose a stylist based on tiers (more experience, more money). I do appreciate this system, but I seem to find myself spending way more money than I had hoped (you see someone different for color, cut, wash etc...tips add up).
