I have been so happy with the results I’ve achieved through Options. Dieting on my own just wasn’t working- I needed accountability to overcome the bad habits I’d acquired. The program works amazingly fast and the weekly check-ins kept me on track. I was able to lose 22 lbs in just 2.5 months!! Starting one more round now to get that last 14 off. I feel so much more confident and it’s so nice to be comfortable in my clothes again.

Was at a standstill with my weight loss at home by myself, I seen an advertisement for Options and decided to do the free consultation. I went in on a Saturday and had everything explained to me and decided I was going to join. So far I have been with them for 3 weeks and am having great results! I meet with a counselor every week and the positivity that is given helps so much. My family is very supportive but it’s nice to have that outside person helping. I highly recommend.
