I'm half way through my plan and have lost nearly 25lbs so far.
I initially didn’t want to do this program but my wife pushed me to do it. It’s been one of the best decisions that were ever made for me. The program works, the people are helpful and friendly and the food is good. I’ve been on the program for 3 months and I am down nearly 70lbs.
