I am at loss for words with my weight loss. I’ve tried many diets and none have given me the results I wanted. This program is the truth and I feel and look amazing. Down 19lbs in BF snd 20lbs total. Still have about 4 weeks left in the 10wk program. Can’t wait to see the final results.

I initially didn’t want to do this program but my wife pushed me to do it. It’s been one of the best decisions that were ever made for me. The program works, the people are helpful and friendly and the food is good. I’ve been on the program for 3 months and I am down nearly 70lbs. I feel great and it’s all because of my wife and Options.
