This was an incredible program that worked well for me for so long but they recently went through some changes and this is now a disaster. I have credits from months ago that I was promised to be able to utilize for other services and was told was in progress. Now they are telling me that I have to forfeit the hundreds of dollars that were spent on shots that were bruising me and causing numbness in my arms.
