RecommendedTotal body freeze is amazing! I have experienced lower bag pain for years and doing leg workouts always makes my lower back stiff. If I do a full body treatment (3 mins) the same day - no lower back stiffness! I recommend everybody try it for any type of pain. thank you iCryo!!

What a great experience. Everyone was super friendly.
Very nice young lady showed us around. I thoroughly enjoyed her and her sense of humor. She was very pretty and said wow I am being showed around by a 13 year old. said she was older 21. The whole staff were very young and pretty. Lisa liked the treatment so we went for the whole package of Sauna, Cryotherapy and compression therapy.
I've been coming to ICRYO since March for my RA. I love it and feel the benefits are making my disease more tolerable. The staff at ICRYO are wonderful, kind and caring. Very professional and accommodating.
I have been doing the cryotherapy and compression sessions weekly since the Latham office opened. They have been instrumental in my muscle recovery. Last week I injured my toe. I went in for 3 localized Cryo sessions on it and less than a week later I am able to walk comfortably again. I cannot stress how incredible the treatments have been......#icryolifer

Fantastic! I’ve stopped by twice and each time the staff was super friendly and informative. Definitely recommend the full body Cryo-not as extreme as I anticipated, yet still intensive.
