RecommendedI had iCRYO recommended to me for my chronic back pain after a girlfriend had gone there for her ankle and loved it! I Crossfit and at times after heavy load weeks love massages and stim Machines. iCyro is fantastic , I feel like a million dollars. The feeling you get as the time flys In the chamber is such a relief to sore areas. Staff is pleasant and Walks you through everything .

I have a pre existing lower back injury from my military service. I’ve suffered several “re injuries” over the years, on 8/26 was one of them. I visited Cryotherapy in Latham yesterday evening for the first time and immediately felt improved mobility and less pain. I woke this morning well rested and significantly closer to feeling 100%. I will definitely be going back; what a great service the Capital area has now for overall health, rehabilitation and so many other benefits!
