I always sleep extremely well the night of my full body treatment. It also has helped me improve my recovery and performance with running and rowing. I find it’s a must for anyone that hates ice baths and ice treatments. (Because it’s quicker and less irritating than ice.)
Recently I was getting a migraine. So I did a full body freeze and facial. My migraine was gone within an hour. Usually they last days, and that is with taking medication. From now on I’m treating my migraines with Cryotherapy. So much more effective. Thank you iCRYO.
I made an appointment for the whole body Cryo and when I got there I was given a tour of the facility. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I ended up trying two more services (hip compression session and Cryo facial) while there that first day and signed up for a monthly package after.
