Amazing people helped me at Icryo and after my first session felt a difference in my pain as well as slept much better.
I visited iCryo after hearing how great it was working for my friends. I loved it. The facial and the sauna were my favorites. The tank made my joints feel great after a 12 mile run. You have to try it! The introductory rates make it enticing enough to try it all.

I always sleep extremely well the night of my full body treatment. It also has helped me improve my recovery and performance with running and rowing. I find it’s a must for anyone that hates ice baths and ice treatments. (Because it’s quicker and less irritating than ice.)
Recently I was getting a migraine. So I did a full body freeze and facial. My migraine was gone within an hour. Usually they last days, and that is with taking medication. From now on I’m treating my migraines with Cryotherapy. So much more effective. Thank you iCRYO.
