I’ve been going to iCryo Latham for a couple months now, having regular cryotherapy and compression therapy sessions. It has absolutely been helping alleviate the arthritis/inflammation in my lower back. The treatments work and I feel like they are working better over time. I quickly got used to the cryochamber, and like that it is set up so my head is exposed above it during treatment. If you haven’t been you need to be. This place has been amazing; I go every week. I won’t spoil it for you, words can’t express how great you feel after 1 session alone.
I loved the experience and how I felt afterward. I just wish the staff would have been honest when I asked the following question "Can you pay with each visit or do you have to buy a plan". I was answered with "we have two plans" and when I looked at the flyer their was an opportunity to pay by visit although more expensive. I'm a business owner too so I know how important it is to obtain clients so it's better to be honest from the beginning. I definitely go back and have sent others as well.
