I have been a customer here for over a decade. When I checked out today, after my brow wax, I asked if I could receive the 10% discount on brow waxes that was being advertised on a sign. I was told that the discount is only for walk-in customers. So sorry that I could not be a "walk-in" but I live 30 minutes away and have to arrange child-care, so I do not have the luxury of walking by and deciding to pop in. Terrible customer service from the "Supervisor" at the Perimeter location today. I live out of state and booked our appointments weeks ago. Called and confirmed twice this week that we were scheduled and had female masseurs. Upon arriving one of us had a male. When I said I was uncomfortable the girl laughed in my face, rolled her eyes and just started at me. She whipped computer screen around showing me no one else was available and just started at me. I phoned the Spa Sydell location on Ashford Dunwoody today to book an appointment. On the first attempt I was placed on hold for 7 minutes. Thinking I'd been forgotten about, I hung up and dialed again. On the 2nd attempt I was once again placed on hold but this time for 16 minutes before I hung up to redial. On the 3rd attempt I informed the rep that I had been holding for over 20 min and suggested that she simply take my name and return the call when she wasn't so busy. I was massaged by Mary at the Buckhead store and she was amazing. She was very professional, listened to my needs, and gave the best massage I've ever had. Thank you Spa Sydell!
