Not the most professional staff. Bought a “Day with Sydell” as a Mother’s Day gift. When my wife was done with the services, they charged her an additional outstanding balance which was the result of the staff providing different services than the ones included on the package. When I called to question the overcharge (my wife thought I had not paid in full), the staff just explained she was going to speak to a manager and that they were going to call me back (never heard back). I enjoyed my spa experience. Ms. Ann at the front desk was professional, kind and humorous. Mr. Sir Lawrence rendered an exceptional massage. I will be back! I purchased a 3 series massage.
If you are looking to do Botox or any facial fillers, I recommend going to Spa Sydell and having your procedure done by Dr. Kollinger. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon and an expert in his field. I’ve had nothing but excellent results using him. He helps you make the best choices for your face and budget. Never pushes additional services, but if you ask him he will tell you his opinion. I appreciate the honesty!
They are under new ownership since late 2017 and I saw many improvements. The check-in process was lovely and they treated me like a valued customer. They have a new system where you leave your robe in your locker (all new very nice robes) and they walked me through it which was great. I had a new therapist, Sir Lawrence, who was awesome. The steam room was working properly, and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair so full after I showered. They also have a new membership program which could be worth it
