I frequent the spa often and have for many years. This was hands down the WORST experience. It was incredibly loud. There was nothing peaceful or tranquil about The Forum location. I used to frequent Spa Sydell often but stopped a few years ago because they were rude to my elderly mother. I decided to give them another try today. The staff was better but the noise level was the equivalent of being outside at the park. I do want to note that Mary provided a therapeutic foot reflexology.
Noisy and poorly managed. A spa experience is suppose to be tranquil, quiet, calming and relaxing. It was so loud, I had to stop my service because I couldnt relax. We were a party of 4 and two of us were extremely disappointed with both the services and atmosphere. Spa Sydell used to be the place to go, not any more. The reflexology I got was weak.
