First of all, I am VERY sad to say this because I love the technician that I see at the spa. None of what I'm about to say is her fault and the services she has given me are perfection. I will sincerely miss seeing her. :( I drive 3-4 hours round trip to go to my appointments. I have gone since 2003.... when all of my series are used, I will probably not be back. I will NEVER go to Spa Sydell again. I spent almost $2000 to take my bridesmaids to a spa day the day before my wedding. The bridal package spa day advertised "spa tinis" and a special luncheon in addition to massages, facials, mania and pedis. There were no spa tinis and all they did was bring us take out from Atlanta Bread Company. We ate alone (self serve) in a freezing cold back room. No spa tinis... I think these are the worst reviews I have EVER read concerning a business. I have a gift certificate and went to the Spa Sydell on Barrett Parkway (where the certificate was bought) for a massage. I not only could not find it, I found on the internet that they were CLOSED PERMANENTLY! The others are too far away for me to go. What will this company do for me now? I would appreciate a reply.
All the changes they've had him locations are causing me to lose money. My favorite aesthetician has moved three times and is now an hour from my house. They have shared with me their nonrefundable policy and don't desire to take ownership of their changes.
