I only kept going here because I really liked the lady who does my eyebrows. The customer service is awful. The location near my house in Alpharetta is tired, outdated and in bad need of a "makeover". I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Take your business else where. Poor customer service, rude staff and Manager who does not know how to respond to situations at Dunwoody location. Staff Sienna was rude and hung up on us. They wrongly scheduled us. We took a day off work to go to the spa. On our way there they called saying that your time is 12:30 pm instead of 1:45pm. November 2015 i purchased a $205 gift for my husband for our 5 year anniversary, i had a previous credit from a package that i had purchased. We wanted a couples massage and pedicure but they didnt have two slots available so we decided to just get the massages. The massages were great! Its was the management that was HORRIBLE! My experience at this Spa Sydell Kennesaw location was horrible. After receiving a 60 minute Swedish massage, I was hit with a $10 charge two days later! I called the manager, Lisa Armitage to find out what the charge was all about. I was told that my Groupon Voucher had an additional $15 charge and because I gave a $5 gratuity, I was charged the difference. My wife and I had a 10:00 AM appointment yesterday. At 10:10 we had not been served. I cancelled mine. My wife chose to wait for a pedi. Big Mistake. the treatment was to take 30 minutes; it took 55 minutes. They used a home sink on wheels to soak and rinse her feet !!! It was an experience from the old ages. I had a very good massage and a very good shine but the customer service rep and manager over charged me. I have tried to called corporate three times and no one has called me back. The worst company to go to and the most ridiculous customer service.
Very poor costumer service. Be Careful when you go there.
