The people at Spa Sydell were very kind. However, the building was absolutely freezing I hated any limb being out of the covers. The massage therapist was a little rough for my taste but my fault because I asked for a lot of pressure. The major issue was my manicure and pedicure took 3 hours!!!! Now I thought she was just being very detailed which I appreciate. Except my gel manicure did not even last a week before major chips and it lifting off. I’m getting married in 6 weeks and Melissa at Perimeter was able to come up with the most amazing plan for my skin! Today we did a laser resurfacing treatment and I’m coming back to do a hydrofacial! I can’t wait to see my skins transformation for my big day. Definitely recommend to any soon to be brides!

Rip off of a spa! Will not honor gift certificates after a year (who does that anymore? Money has been paid..) that happened to me once and unfortunately/fortunately (depending how you look at it), I received another GC and scheduled a service for the exact amount of the GC and when done, the pedicurist sat me down at the manicure table for my toes to dry.. while waiting she started painting my nails saying this way both my nails and toes would be painted.
