I specifically booked services on their website but was overcharged once the services were completed. I even called in and confirmed my services. I do not appreciate being overcharged when I booked on your website. I talked to Anna and others at the spa before I arrived for my appointment. I did not request $400. worth of services and since I used the website I should not have been charged that amount. You had booked and we confirmed with you twice 2 x 90 min deep tissue massages for $150 each and our Sydell Facial (base level facial) for $105. The total was $405. That is our standard price and no upgrades were added. A 60 minute massage might be something you might consider next time at $105 and $10 more for deep tissue. That could save some money. I purchased 2 $100 Spa Sydell gift certificates from Sweet Deals in 2018. I was at least expecting that they would honor my purchase price which does not expire until 5 years after purchase. The lady on the phone said that they will not accept them. I also had credits in my account from a couple of years ago which were apparently erased from my account in November. Terrible customer service !!!! Would not recommend.
I have been a client of Spa Sydell for 20 years. Absolutely loved all of their facial, massages and nail treatments. I even followed them through all of their moves! Two customer service reps told me today that the 6 packages of nail treatments, 6 packages of massages and 6 packages of facial are GONE WITH NO REFUND due to the company filing bankruptcy. It's too late now, but you could have honored the series I bought a while ago. The only reason I hadn't used it sooner was that you closed down the location that I used to patronize. I hope you put the money you essentially stole from me to good use because it's the last dime you will ever see from me.

The staff was helpful and welcoming, and I can honestly say I had the best massage ever from a massage therapist named Anthony. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with him. RecommendedI just had my first pre-tan polish & an airbrush tan at the Perimeter location. I was a little nervous, but Kalina went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. It was a great experience. I can't wait to see the true finished result.
