when you purchase a specific item based on what the company offers, you expect that item. It appears this company does not believe that to be. I purchased a gift certificate for hydrotherapy tub use for my wife and I, and now none of the locations have these tubs even though they were offered and sold as available options. I spoke to corporate, and was told to use the amount for anything else offered. This business, should NOT be a business. They can not pay their employees, and for the first 6 weeks of work, an employees check is held for that long. Casey, Haley, and Reina are terrible at getting in contact with. They don't answer their phones, or reply to emails or voice messages. I know personally because I have four checks currently, dating back to September 23rd, of which none of them will cash. Please do not give this place the time of day. I have several pay checks from when I worked there that will not go through... This is the money I was going to use to buy my daughter's Christmas with. Now I cant because they've made my counts go into negative. You'd think something like this would be important enough to at least get an email or phone call back from a manager.. but apparently it's not because they are impossible to get ahold of. Worst business I have ever come across and I advise you not to go.
I've sat on the phone for over 30 minutes with park place trying to make an appt. Ridiculous.

The worst most humiliating experience ever. I was given a gift certificate to the place and made an appointment in advance. I was asked to fill a form where I truthfully told them I had been a breast cancer patient. I was asked to sign a waver or consent form which I did. I was taken to their rooms and I undressed and waited on the table for over 10 minutes after which the therapist comes out and says I am not an oncology massage therapist and refuses to do the massage. I will not be back. This is the first time I have come here is years because I prefer Natural Body but I came because I have a gift certificate. I sat in traffic for an hour to get her and they turned me away because they didn't have the right type of therapist. I purposely changed my number when I made my appointment but the claim they still had the wrong one on file. Huge fail all around. I will not be back!
I read the reviews about this place and decided that I would give it a try despite reading about the less than stellar customer service. When I saw a groupon, I knew this would be the perfect opportunity to try it out. I wanted to surprise my mom with a late Mother's Day treat when she came to visit this weekend. I absolutely love Spa Sydell. I got my first facial four years ago and still see the same esthetician, Caroline. She works at the Forum (Norcross) and even though I have to sometimes move my schedule around to see her (she is always booked up!) it's always worth it. I feel as relaxed after getting a facial with her as I do after a massage, but get the skin benefits as well! I recommend her to all my friends and family- if it's your first time, get a Signature Facial...you'll never be the same!
